Where do you ship from?
Our warehouse is located in Beauvais. This means there are NO import/customs fees for our customers in France, and you receive your products quickly, usually within 3 business days for deliveries in mainland France.
Do I have to pay customs duties?
No, never! Because we are based in France, there are NEVER any additional customs or import fees for orders delivered to mainland France.
How long does delivery take?
- Standard tracked delivery in France: 3 working days.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we don't have a physical store at the moment. We operate exclusively online to offer a smooth and fast shopping experience.
How can I modify/cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@kahng-kbeautypro.com to request a product change or cancellation.
Note: This will depend on the status of your order. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.
